This file contains USB 2.0 drivers.
Download here.
(Requires Winzip to unzip)
Once unzipped, you will find that there are
3 folders inside.
The first is the USB 2.0 drivers for
Windows 2000. A better source would be to get them from the Windows update or
from the hardware manufacturers driver disk. But sometimes it's not always
possible.
The second folder is the USB 2.0 drivers
for Windows 98 and ME. Inside that, you will find 4 folders, Intel, NEC, SiS
and Via. Use the USB 2.0 drivers for your chipset. These will have to be
manually installed by right clicking on the USB device in device manager (most
likely with a yellow exclamation next to it) choosing properties and picking to
update the drivers. Then you will point Windows to your chipset folder in the
location that you unzipped the file too.
The third folder is the USB 2.0 drivers
for Windows XP. A better way to get these drivers for XP is to do the Windows
updates. Service Pack 1 (sp1) contains the USB 2.0 drivers for XP.
